Happiest of holiday seasons to you all!

Couple of quick notes:

1) NO LIVE LESSONS - No live (in-person or Zoom) lessons between Christmas and New Years Eve. We'll resume lessons the first week of January. But in the meantime, I shot a couple of video lessons for everyone...plus our 4-part holiday "workout" video series.
